Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free Trial: Outboundli does not offer free trials for any services.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a subscription, all associated data will be permanently deleted. Please ensure you back up essential data before cancellation.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
- 15 Day Notice Period: You must provide a 15 day notice period if you’d like to cancel the services, failing to do so may cause subscription to renew.
- No Refunds: Payments for all services, including subscriptions and custom campaigns, are non-refundable. Mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
- Fraudulent Activities: Accounts involved in fraudulent or unethical activities may be terminated without prior notice and are not eligible for refunds.
