- Free Trial: Outboundli does not offer free trials for any services.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a subscription, all associated data will be permanently deleted. Please ensure you back up essential data before cancellation.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
- 15 Day Notice Period: You must provide a 15 day notice period if you’d like to cancel the services, failing to do so may cause subscription to renew.
- No Refunds: Payments for all services, including subscriptions and custom campaigns, are non-refundable. Mid-cycle cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
- Fraudulent Activities: Accounts involved in fraudulent or unethical activities may be terminated without prior notice and are not eligible for refunds.
- Service Modifications: Outboundli reserves the right to modify or terminate services for any reason. Efforts will be made to minimize disruption.
No Warranties
Outboundli provides services “as is” and does not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted service, or error-free operations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Outboundli harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to account setups and outreach activities.
Service Modifications
Outboundli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion. Efforts will be made to notify you of significant changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, India.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Outboundli regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Updates to Terms
Outboundli may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
